I transferred PKR 5,000 from my Upaisa account to an Easypaisa account on Monday at 8:21 PM. However, the receiver has still not received the amount, and it is now Thursday, even though the amount has been deducted from my Upaisa account.
I would also like to mention that I have not received even a single message or response from Upaisa regarding this matter. This delay is causing inconvenience and I kindly request you to look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible.

How to file a complaint against Upaisa?

* Go to page
* Write Upaisa in company name section and write your complaint in detail
* Enter your personal information (email will not be published)
* Get refund / replacement / damages from Upaisa.
