I need replacement of my SIM,but not avilable in Mirpur becuase franchise is not functional here.I called to your complaint cell on 26-12-2016.They promised to let me know within 24 hours but no answer todate.Please let me know what to do(Beside telling me to go to another city for replacement)

I am WAJID SULAMAN S/o PERVEZ PATRAS using number of 03345481995 from Jhelum. Services are so good in Jhelum but when I reached in Mirpur,services quality is very poor for my no.and also edge services. Signals show on cell but when other call to my number, they could not response.
Please solve my issue. This issue occurs only in Mirpur Ajk.
