I purchased two shoes with order no: 375814842 on 25/3/18. One shoe from Urbansole Lahore i.e. Windy leather loafer shoes had a torn stitched thread due to which my whole shoe was going to be torn therefore i forwarded complain but through the help line i came to know that i have to send it by TCS. The TCS specific branch was little far and i had to pay the transportation charges although TCS was free and what i would have got the discounted return in which i had to add some money to purchase the same product. By seeing the additional financial burden on me i called off my return complain.
This is second bad experience i have experienced with DARAZ. You guys needs to strengthen your QC department
