I would like to draw your attention regarding non acceptance of utility bills at United Bank Limited Bank (LMC Hospital Hyderabad) Branch, Sir the said Branch is not accepting utility bills since long and the areas which is being covered by the Branch is mostly residential and Includes Areas like (Liberty Market, Sarfaz Colony, Pathan Colony, Jacob Road) since there is no other Bank located nearby therefore the residents are bound to pay their Bills in said Branch but due to very pathetic and rude behavior the residents of all adjoining areas are facing difficulty and had to move to either Post office located at Market Area or other far area Bank), besides non acceptance of utility bills Branch Manager who is a lady is also behaving rudely with customers and saying that if you want to complaint to State Bank or our Head Office you may go and complain where ever you want to but we will not provide you the services of accepting utility bills.
Sir, In this context we (the residents of Liberty Market, Sarfaraz Colony and adjoining areas of UBL – LMC branch) are requesting you to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue permanently and instruct said Branch to start receiving utility bills and also place banner in urdu outside the Branch for collection of utility bills since most of the residents residing in these areas are illiterate and they do not their rights and by doing so they will be able to complain if the said Branch will not receive the Bill again.
