via Viagogo in july .The amount still haven’t been transferred and we haven’t received any confirmation email, without which we can’t progress through the website or on the phone. Has anyone else experienced this or know what to do? Apart from getting nowhere on the phone, I’ve emailed several time on [email protected] as well but didn’t received any response.
