i have my account in UBL haris road branch since 2002 and I never deal in any loan and any credit card except ATM card I usually draw my money by ATM during this 17 years when where I go to my branch it made me disappoint by service which I required the common complain is that when ever I go to to branch after 2 o’clock the employers didn’t entertain me they said come again before 2 o’clock I replied the bank time is till 5 o’clock plz entertain me they said we don’t take responsibility after 2 o’ clock that’s why I always avoid to visit my branch But I have to go to insult myself once in a month. last week I visited my branch with my cheque because the ATM in my area were not in working so I wanted to draw some of my salary first I sent my brother to with draw my cheque they said our system is not good you can go to an other ubl branch so my brother went kharadar branch they said you have amount in your account go to your branch and tell them to give you as you are their regular customer my branch refused my brother to cash the cheque mean while I went to my branch they refused me as usual to do my work and sent me an other branch to check my balance after checking when I reached my branch they said you can come in other day I said it is only 2 o’ clock why YOu are refusing to give me my own amount they said you don’t know the work laod of us even they were very free in that time and doing just joke .I returned back and waited for an other day and next day I draw my amount from ATM thanked God .
