Dear Concern,

Greetings.

This email is with reference to the usage of mobile data. My phone number is 0321-5270080. I am a postpaid user with the package J999. My bill amount monthly exceeds Rs. 2000 every month. It’s been quite a number of months that my mobile data finishes rapidly before the month ends, secondly without any notification message or warning message.

I am going to share all the details here which will explain that how the network is misleading and asking for unfair charges.

My mobile data usage that was recorded by my phone on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge shows that the usage from 1stOctober 2019 till 30 October 2019 is 1.7 GB. The internet facility that I get is 2GB per month. However. I called the helpline 321 and talked with the representative to inquire about my internet usage on 27 October 2019. I was informed that I have overused the internet and my extra internet usage bill is Rs. 700 almost and I have used more than 200MBs other than 2GB that I get in the offer. I have also texted Info on 321 to get the information about my usage and I have attached that for your reference as well.

At this point of time, I am bringing this into your notice that I am being overcharged and I request you review it throughly not only reimburse the amount that I have been over charged but also ensure that it does not happen in the future.
