Wateen Internet Connection
I have Wateen Internet Connection at my house at Phase 5 of DHA Lahore.of 4 MB and I Pay about 3000 for Internet plus TV Cable.I have been getting very slow speed of Internet and I have complained many times at Wateen office at DHA Phase 5 .Twice the Wateen technician came and set something on the device .Unfortunately I was not home as they come during office hours.The office boy told me that It can be due to sharing of Password but I told him that nobody knows my password as it is written on the device and only the Technicians of wateen know.I asked them to change the password on which they asked me to bring the device to office but I could not detach it myself as it is connected via Cable TV etc.I dont know what to do because I have to get TV Connection from Wateen and there is no other company with Cable TV in Phase 5.Please help me to sort out the problem.
