Today i have received my order through TCS as i unpacked it and I observed that there is some hair line crack near its handle. I ignore it and considered that it is a glass design. I asamble it as given instructions and try to get juice. As i rotate its handle it cracked. I unassemble it and packed as it is. Please get it replaced or process for money back. I will be very thankful to you. It is under warranty of 02 years.
