I was using Qubee devices which work perfectly in my area since the wi-tribe has taken the control of this company, my deposit money get transferred to witribe accounts. But witribe services in not available in my are. Neither they attend my complain, nor providing services not returning my money. The worst thing is every month they send bill to my registered address which I provided to Qubee.
I want to file a case against the Witribe in Sindh High Court. Please let me know can I file a case against them according to consumer act or …
