I have ordered on Tuesday for thick bottom slope ladies heels shoes but I received my parcel yesterday in which male shoes are in parcel that is useless for meI am calling to your parcel delivery boy and also on your helpline but blocked in both contacts that is so shameless. Please replace my order that is ordered by me which are ladies shoes. Please see attachments in which all the details are write on slip.

I ordered Thick Bottom Slope Heel Sandal for Women in Beige colour size 36 on October 7, 2023 and asked for Cash on Delivery. I received the Parcel on October 11, 2023 and on the Parcel was written what I ordered. But when I opened it up, found a Men’s’ Shoe which is useless for me and the Delivery Person took Rs. 2,000/- from me. Since then I have been continuously calling them but to no avail. I have emailed them also to find out if it is done mistakenly but received no response from them.
This is completely unethical and unprofessional attitude on the part of the company. As they are grabbing money and not attending calls.
