WRONG BILLING
Dear Sir,
With extreme wisdom of regards and due admiration it is humbly submitted that my one old house (Maari) in Ward No.08 Shahi Bazaar Moro, Taluka Moro, District Naushahroferoze is closed since 6 years due to critical condition and no one is residing there. In year 2011 on our application the electricity connection was permanently disconnected by wapda SEPCO sub-division Moro I and the meter was removed from the said place (the photocopy of P.D documents are attached herewith). But sorry to say that after some years without any reason the corrupt meter reader Mr.Aashique Ranjhani and MS Shahnawaz Mallah started wrong Bills on same reference no. , by showing wrong readings of new meter by sitting at their offices illegally. When I saw a bill on my old house on dated: 04.09.2017, I approached the Sub- Division SEPCO Moro I and met with SDO by submitting an application regarding this matter. SDO Asghar Ali Shaikh marked check and report to MS (the copy of application is attached). Mr. Shahnawaz Mallah MS visited the site and found the house in critical condition and closed since so many years and no meter is installed there. Again and again I have approached this office but Mr. Shahnawaz Mallah MS is only showing me a draft of his report in which he clearly mentioned that house is in damaged condition and closed since five years (copy of his report is attached). Again after my complaint they send me a Bill on same reference by showing a reading of meter which is not installed at site but available at their own office. It means they are not interested to solve my legal matter.
I even requested to Mr. Asghar Ali Shaikh SDO SEPCO Sub-Division Moro I, but unfortunately I could not get positive response from him.
Sir, I request you to please intervene and address my genuine concern besides visiting the old damaged house to see their corroupt practices on ground.
