I got sent damaged shoes, and they didn’t answer me back on email/whatsapp/phone call when i tried to contact them about it. they see the message, and ignore it. and one look on their facebook page will tell you they do the same to everyone. They also send the shoes filling in wrong address with the courier office so you cannot physically contact them either.
