I received a call from telenore call center for debit card and they told me the card is free n there is no hidden charge’s. The caller told me she is sending me a text message in which pin code first she didn’t sent it and asked me wether I had received message I had told no then she sent me the message n told me that pin code is active only for few seconds. And more over they put physicalogicaly pressure on customer so he/she couldn’t understand the situation and read whole message. And customer understand that’s the bank is not deducting any amount from his/her account but in reality they deducted the amount from the consignee account. The client realized it when he reads the complete massage after completing the call. And when he/she checked their account then come to know that what’s happened. How they become a fools by the company.
