Subject: Request for Relief from Collection Activity Due to Critical Health Condition

Dear Sir/Madam,
I, Amir Ahmed Burney, CNIC No. 42201-0622725-3, have been a long-standing and responsible customer of Silk Bank, using your Credit Card (No. 4588-2700-0093-3250) for many years. During this time, I have consistently made all payments on time, as reflected in my account history.
Regrettably, I am currently suffering from a serious medical condition. I am undergoing dialysis three times a week and am on the waiting list for a kidney transplant. Due to my critical health, I am presently unable to make any payments.
Despite my health status, I have been repeatedly contacted by your collection staff. One individual, who identified himself as Ali (Cell: 0334-2478612), has been mentally harassing me through persistent calls and distressing voice messages. These actions have seriously affected my blood pressure and overall condition, putting my life at further risk.
I am attaching a voice note for your review. Despite the threats, I am unable to respond due to my poor health and limited ability to speak.
Therefore, I humbly request Silk Bank to:
Immediately cease all collection-related harassment and phone calls.
Consider a temporary deferment or relief plan based on humanitarian and medical grounds.
Take appropriate action against staff engaging in unethical behavior with critically ill customers.
Should anything happen to me as a result of this undue stress, I will hold Silk Bank responsible. I ask for you’re understanding and kindness in this extremely difficult time.
