I have availed BTF facility to pay silk bank payment on March 31, 2018, the process was activated and it was infromed that the process will be completed within 7 days. Despite my daily follow up till todate the cheque was not delivered to silk bank. I got confirmation from silk bank that payment not received by April 18, 2018. I have contacted standard charered bank daily bais but response update received from your bank. why payment was not processed, nobody giving exact reason, What ever fine or markup imposed by silk bank statndard chartered have to pay. Daily i am calling but no satisfactory reply or update given to me.
