I am using credit card of silk bank both visa and master care since long , last month due to bank system problem and link down issue I am unable to pay the bill of master card on time due to bank fault I have called the bank help line multiple times and reply was same from 26th of June till 1st of July 2025 as the banking system got ok I deposit the monthly payment of my master credit card , now this month my mastercard got undue services charges of Rs:-4769/- due to late payment of last month but that’s totally bank system issue not mine, that’s total undue payment bank should waiveoff my undue service charges , isn’t that a fraud that if I didn’t notice the bank statement carefully I have to pay extra amount due to bank faults
