We, the M/s A.G.E. Industries (Pvt) Limited is one of the old customer of TCS. We are dealing with TCS for more than 02 decades. First our office was located in Saddar area we were no complaint, as some time if the courier was not available, we our self delivered the consignment for dispatch. Unfortunately, on shifting of our office from Cantt area to Industrial Estate, we are facing great difficulties in collecting our parcel as the concerned courier does not collect the same. So many complaints were made against him but no one bother to lesson to us. To-day, our Telephone Operator rang him that one of our envelope is lying at gate for the last 04 days and that you have not collected the same. To this he rudely replies that he will not collect the parcel and what ever you want you make complaint against me. We were shocked to lesson such type of words from the employee of such repute organization.
You are, therefore, requested to kindly look into the matter, take necessary action against the person involved and inform us accordingly. Further to inform you that we have made several complaints against the courier in the past but the management in Peshawar could not take any action.
