I have ordered 5 check shirts but when the pack was open there is third class pent and one third class shirt and paid 1200 to TCS. When I called TCS to take contact number of A STEPS for complaint, They refused to give me the contact number of A STEPS,which means that TCS already involved in this fraud as instead of helping customer they are saving the fraud company i.e A STEPS.

Please do some solid solution for repayment of 1200/- back to me or solve the matter otherwise action against TCS will be initiated through court as they sent rejected and wrong parcel from two customers to me.
