Again Lahore office staff and delivery guy Lahore
There was cheque delivery to my office in Airlines society Lahore, Delivery guy came to office in early morning at 8:30 on 20/05/2019 where as our office time starts at 9:30, he take back packet to office without which till date din,t deliver back. Same day 20/05/2019 get call from cell no 03028614653 at around 11am regarding delivery where i told them our office time starts at 9:30 and we are on second floor in Rehamn Arcad flat no 6 then they guy on phone replied ok know we will deliver when we pass through that area, this is totally bull shit which i was not expecting from TCS a big name. -Today im checking consignment status it shown that receiver shifted to another place, this is totally unprofessional behaviour and i will try to complain on TCS international complaint cell also they should now how TCS working in Pakistan.
Today met the guy in Rehman Arcad ask him about my parcel he replied he return to office with note that flat no no mentioned on parcell but online status delivery shown different story. I asked him why you guy dint call before delivery he replied we are not call any customer for delivery time, im really surprised.
