Against Miss Drakshan (Help line )
Miss Drakshan, did miscommitment with me ( yesterday, around 12.00 noon on the Help line)that she will register my complaint about the TCS Garden Town number is not working and secondly that somebody will call me to book/ pic my Courieer from Finnish embassy Abu Dhabi, UAE. Despite of requesting her, she did not send me my complaint number, and the concerned person has not contacted me till now, against her commitment that concerned person will contact me, within maximum in 24 hours.
Thirdly, I told her that TCS main web page WhatsApp service is not responding for half an hour, and ironically, on that WhatsApp, some body replied me after around 7,8 hours, at night 10.00 pm ( aprox.) 👎
