we, M/s Al Hussain Soap & Chemical Industry Katlang District Mardan is one of you client which mostly correspond different vendor and customer through you organisation . Recently our Vendor in Karchi Send us samples on Special TCS Track No 30090090480 few days ago which was delivered to TCS Office Katlang Branch as on 10-09-2020 in working hours.
Beside our several Telephone Calls Mr. Noor Rahaman Mobile No 03449159324 our shipment was not handed over to us.
our consignment is delayed by TCS Office Katang with Negligence and personalize with prodigious and deny to deliver our representative send by us.
We regret to inform you that you have made an inquiry of this un-professional attitude of your manager in Katlang and take necessary action in respect of the said official.
We have suffered our production for a few days and our consignment is too late due to
such delay and mis-conduct to our representative.
