Dear
I am a credit card customer of your bank also having car loan facility from your bank.
I am a regular customer and always pay my installments and credit card bills on time.
My credit card limit is Rs. 25,000 and I always use my credit card within this limit and pay my bills on time.
Now I came to know that in the last month you have charged excess limit charges on my card. I mistakenly may have used my card for more than Rs 25,000 limit as my wife was hospitalized and I was under immense pressure. I thought that I am using my card within limits and now revealed that on 17.07.2017 you have hit excess limit charges which should not have been allowed and charged on your part as well.
It is therefore requested to kindly withdraw these excess limit charges from my card.
