I got an SMS that my renewed EOBI card has been sent to Alfalah Bank (same branch–PWD Branch, Islamabad– which has my record). I went to the bank, was told to sit and wait. after half an hour when I realized that the staff, who was supposed to help me, was continuously gossiping with a client, I made a request to pay attention to me. She disliked the intervention and asked me to present the card and asked my name. She took an old register and started browsing and finally said’ ” card has not come”. I am certain that she was behaving as vindictive for my intervention. My fear is that she would send the card back with the position that I could not be reached. Please help!
