My account No is 04127900701701 . In aug, 2016 ATM fee was deducted from my said account No. In Dec, 2016 again ATM fee deducted from my said account No. I visited my branch and told them the whole story. They told me to contact call center. I contacted them and talked to Mr Aftab, he told me that there are two ATM cards against your account but i have only one with me. Mr Aftab told me that the ATM that i has is VISA card which is now going to be finished. We are issuing only master card these days. My present card is expiring in May, 2017. Further he told me that no ATM fee will be deducting from me in 2017 and new master card will be issued to me in May 2017.
My point is that, will I get my master card in May, 2017.
