I used ATm of NBP 49 Tail Sargodha on 02-10-16. 20,000 withdraw process carried out but machine did not deliver the amount. I also made complaint on phone. Mr Rehan was attend the call and give me comp No E0410160071. I am still awaited. My amount yet not be credit. plz take necessary action
