Respected Team,
Hope you would be fine with good health. I am really sorry to say that am not satisfied from HBL help line service and their unprofessional attitude. As I am trying since last month to activate my ATM card by calling helpline and providing my data to the team also every time I requesting team to please help me as I am your customer. Last time they dispatched a PIN Code by branch address I collected that code and try to ATM but that was wrong then I called help line again and again and requested that the PIN code is wrong as per confirmation by ATM machine. Then team generated request again by ticket No E….., for new PIN code. After I collected new PIN code from branch again and try that PIN but same issue faced PIN code again wrong. I am not sure why I am facing that issue. May be my mistake to open my account in HBL for business purposes. Before my opening account in HBL some of HBL BDO approached me to have business account in HBL and that time I am respect and accepted their request to choose HBL for my pension salary purposes and also in future will transfer all my business accounts to HBL as well, but after once I have seen the job activities and respect in HBL staff I am really disappointed from specially HBL help line services and their unprofessional attitude and questions. As any customer needs to help them to treat them respectively not to vast his time not to punishment. HBL or any help line should have to collect customers data have to ask customer for basics CNIC No address mother father name etc. But when customer generated a T-PIN that means after T-PIN no needs to help line asking about user bio data again and again if you people asking data on any call then why should suggests customer to generate and how useful to generate TPIN?
I am heartily requesting your team to please be professional and honorable for each customer and please support and provide basic requirements to customers as ATM card is really a basic requirement for account holder.
