ATM Card activation.
I have call to MCB 111-000-622 for ATM card activation, 1st was my call was pick after long waiting 2nd when my call received your representator Mr. Abdul Nabi and asking for CNIC number which I provide 3 times NIC, Name, A/c No, my reg. Cell no, which I provided after that he asking my A/C balance and last two transaction which I m not remember is this a way for activation the card in modern age ? this reveal shows your operator are not helping the customers my complain is why he is asking my A/c balance this not mentioned in you activation TIP. I am fed up with this kindly resolve my card activation issue on urgent basis other wise I will go for close my account from MCB.
