Yesterday i received call by HBl helpline at 3;45pm around and one person talked to me to provide details of my Hbl ATM credit card. After that i received a call of cell number 0323-5070624.This cell number informed me that he is calling me by State Bank of Pakistan regarding my ATM credit card and digital applications required current updates. I trusted him that Hbl helpline and State bank of Pakistan cumulative calls are asking me my bank HBl account details to continue my HBL current account number 0182-7900526203 of New campus, University of the Punjab,Lahore.I started to give him all my digital applications and ATM card information gradually. Even this person is asked to provide my password of ATM card.I gave him all information’s regarding my HBl account etc. At the same time he asked again my second bank account that is Meezan Bank and I gave all information’s regarding my Meezan bank ATM card and digital informations.After a while this person took three transections one by one Rs 10000,Rs 2000 and Rs 600 from my HBl account. I was lucky yesterday that i have not good balanced in my both accounts.Moroover,this person has fully command on 4250 messages and he played me via sms through 4250 HBl messages and send OTP numbers in many messages through 4250. I today registered my complaint regarding big fraud done by this person at noon both HBl and Meezan bank helplines. Please take serious action against this big fraud person and return my money Rs 12600 as soon as possible. As per my assessment Hbl software department of 4250 and New campus hbl branch one or two employees involved in this malpractice. Please take prompt action.
