My HBL DebitCard has been dispatched on 11/02/2019 with TCS tracking ID # 30331253720. I have no received My ATM Card or any call from Tcs I have contact gulbarg branch but no response by them

AOA! It is to inform that my two HBL ATM Cards were captured on 16th and 19th November 2019 when I tried to draw money. On questioning, the relevant bank authorities told me that HBL is scheduled to replace the old cards with new ones and hence the old cards are being captured. New ones not yet received that causes a lot of inconvenience. Kindly, help out and oblige.
