Dear sir, Standered Charted and Habib Bank have sent my ATM cards through TCS but Mansehra branch did not deleivered it to me and send back to SC Chaklala branch Rawalpindi. When I contacted to TCS branch Mansehra, Incharge TCS branch give me the number of TCS delivery boy tben I contacted to him and I provided tracking ID, he replied that kindly track from oyr Mabsehra office then I again contacted to Mansehra office but TCS incharge dis not attend my call, I have called him many time but he dis not bother ti attend.
Respeceted sir, botj banks Srandered Charted and Habib Bank clerly mentioned my pistal address and my contact number on envelop and my home is at 10 minute walking time far from centre of Balakot bazar but TCS employee did not bother to contact me telephonically, if the cal me I will collect my ATM cards from him.
Now I have collected my Standered cahrted AtM card from Rawalpindi which cost more than 5 thousands and now its is the responsibility of TCS they should pay me this 5 thousand because itwas the mistake od TCS other wise Iwill contact yo local court.
Secondly TCS mansehra branch send my HBL ATM card to Head office karachi on 23 October but yesterday sonline tatus shows that card is not deleiverd. Kindly ensure tbe delivery of my card.
