I had visited yesterday qasimabad branch for encashment of cheque but the ill attitude and misbehaviour of Me. Muhammad Hashim branch manager is intolerable and he has some issues with him for which he wants to penalise the customers. I obtained token for cheque encashment and got no. 55 at that time 30 was being served and the time was 10.42 am. I was sitting but could not hear the calling of numbers as the same were speedly being changed I went on counter when no. 60 was called so the counter person refused to entertain and advised me to get other token and wait in quee again. I therefore, went to the manager but he misbehaved, humiliated and insulted me. At that time our other female advocate colleague was sitting but she was also being subjected to the same ill treatment and the behaviour of the manager was not good with any of the customers.
