It is very sorry to inform you that FORGED CASH WITHDRAWL have been made from my account No.6-2-74-20311-741-158020 Title NIMRA ADNAN, New Garden Town Branch Lahore, ATM Card No. 4374520009534782. Wrong cash with drawls via ATM and AFT to JAWERIA BABAR No.07900010047685900017, dated 21.4.2019 AMOUNT Rs.60+120+240+20000+20000+20000+10000+480+80075/= Total Amount Rs.150975.00 (One Hundred fifty thousand nine hundred seventy five) 21st April 2019 time 6:35,6:36, 6:37, 6:38, which is absolutely wrong and Froud I have never been made these transaction or withdrawals which is 100% Froud and forgery conducted by your bank staff. It is requested please to do investigate and revert my amount to my account with the intimation to me with immediately effect, in this connection I have in time launched complaint vide No.46108 and personally visited to Branch Manager New Garden Town Lahore and launched my complaint mention above.
NOTE:- I AM GOING TO SUBMITT MY COMPLAINT TO FIA.
