I attempted to withdraw my pension on April 2, 2020 from Atm using EOBI pension card. Machine did not deliver anything ,not even paper slip. but showed and error message on screen. Later a message was received on mobile that I have withdrawn Rs 10 thousand. Where as in actual no transaction has taken place. I request that it needs to be reversed to correct my balance so I can draw the pension. Your help line always found busy for last two days.
Similar problems were being faced by other customers too. Complaints were lodged by all present to Branch Operation Manger. He said that some work is being done by IT.
