My complaint about Audioni Airbuds 400 product Its been 3 month i am claiming warrenty every time they send me Faulty products Which is tantamount to fraud with me. At Last they said to me that Product will be replaced but as i received the Product it was used and repaired. They are doing fake marketing about product

I received order no 180043_1,today 14/01/23 through LEAPORD. Sent to me by Ecd Lahore,on 11/01/23. It was found to faulty after I opened the parcel. The main unit is badly damaged from inside. Connections are not working . Pleased return the product as it is badly damaged from inside . Thanks
