Dear Sir
I was send a request of opening bank account through email 20 days before because it is payroll account. I got the confirmation from your help line about my account opened in plaza branch but the problem is that no one can contact me about my account or signature in form for check book and ATM card. I visit the branch but the floor manager told me miss madiha dealing these type of account. Several time I contact to miss madiha but she is unavailable on her seat and she did not pick her phone. Kindly do something on this complain.My NIC no : 4210141311907 for check my details waiting your reply.
