My credit card was dispatched by Bank Al Falah from Lahore vide tracking number 810229136139. The TCS Mardan office courier Mr. Mazhar returned my credit card without contacting me on my cell phone and without visit to my office.
As they returned the credit card without any information to me, and now I am facing problem therefore an explanation may be call from the courier as well as from TCS Mardan office Manager.
