Dear Sir,
I have recently financed/leased Honda City 1.3 Aspire manual registration number BLE-459 from your bank and the vehicle has already been handed over to me.
On my previous car financed by your bank, I opted for 5 years payment plan but for the new City I applied for 7 years payment plan as I was informed that there is some promotion under way from Honda and it will benefit me.
The Promotion from Honda entitles the lease for low markup rates, low insurance rates, low processing fee etc. despite my good relations and faith on Honda it seems that I have not been given the benefit of this offer. I have discussed this matter with Mr. Ali Abbas of your bank and he also agrees that my case should be dealt under promotion.
I am therefore looking forward to return/refund of all the excess charges taken from me and the application of all promotion benefits/reduced charges on my leased vehicle BLE-459.
