i m a credit card holder of alfalah since 2004 . recently i received new card as the old one got expired .
i called thrice to customer services for activation of new card ..but in the mid of call it disconnect itself …and the staff at call center is so incompetent .
now i decide to cut the card and send to bank .
this bank is no more able to continue with them
