My Name is Fakhar Imam, I had to receive my credit card of bank alfalah but did not receive due to irresponsibility of rider Mr. Karimuddin, I received call from Mr. Mahmood 2 days ago at 10 AM regarding the card dispatch and confirmation of adress as per him my card handed over to Mr Karim due to relate his territory, i confirm my complete adress to him and he assure i know this adress very well and dont worry i dispatch your card soon but i could not receive this card yet, this is very alarming situation of by TCS management furthermore i continously keep in touch with helpline of TCS but as per helpline your card returned to bank i faced this type of incident second time while others courier dispatch my all parcels at this same adress except TCS.
I call several times of Karimuddin on his cell phone # (03102475431) but not responding.
Your rider neither visit nor respond in any call please take serious action against Mr Karim.
