Bank Alfalah / Un-necessary billing and charges on Credit Card

The undersigned is facing un-necessary charges on Bank Alfalah Credit Cards. I am facing this problem since last November 2018 billing, i had lost my credit card in October 2018. I called the Bank Alfalah helpline to block my credit card and they confirmed that your credit card is blocked and you will not received any bill as my bill was nill at that time. Despite of blocked credit card, i was receiving billing including sms charges 93+ 16% excise duty (Rs.14.88) Copy of bill for the month of November + Dec 2018 and January 2019 are attached. Once i paid in the month of November but after that i refused to pay these charges as my credit card was blocked on my own request due to loss of BAFL credit card as i mentioned earlier.
I requested at BAFL helpline to remove these charges till then activation of my credit card but they refused to do so and imposed late payment charges Rs. 1740/- on sms charges 93 + 16% excise duty (Rs.14.88). I again requested them to remove these charges but they never bother to resolve this issue rather then imposing further late payment charges.
I request the authorities to help me to sort out this issue as they are threatning me to black list or pay the total bill which is now reached at Rs.7145/- from just Rs.108/-.
This issue has mentally depressed me too much and ruined my life because i never think to avoid pay my bills on time. I always to try to pay all my dues without any delay. My previous record with bank alfalah since 2003 is very clean and never defaultered.
