Dear Concern
Bring in your notice that, HBL dispatch my debit card on 3rd December 2019 at 10:20am via TCS courier having tracking number 30344898538. But unfortunately my shipment is still not delivered and your good agent/franchise member(Mr. Arsalan) put wrong/fake information on website that he delivered on 6th Dec 2019 at 11:32am. More then 25 times I personally contacted Mr. Arsalan for my shipment, he always ask us to sent tracking number, every time we sent him, i can share all screen shots. My current card was blocked due to change of State bank policy. From last 1 week i have no money to fulfill my basic needs because i am unable to do any transaction. I request you to take action to avoid these type of neglegances and deliver my card on urgent bases. Otherwise i contact to authorized authority against these types of non-sense.
