I applied 40 days before for an account opening in HBL, Malir Cantt Branch, Branch Code is 1217, but to date. My account is not active. The staff is also not cooperative while Debit Card has been received. I am very disappointed to see such a service from the staff of HBL, Malir Cantt Branch. It is hereby requested you take my complaint for information & necessary action on your end.
