Dear [HBL Officer],
I am writing to make a complaint. Yours is an organization of very good repute. It is known for great customer service, but recently, I came across disappointment with one of your Main Branch Bank Square Branch code: 0221 Mingora Swat.
Absence of Branch Manager( Zahid ) and operation Manager ( Nasar)HBL Bank Square Branch Mingora Code: 0221.

With due respect it is stated that I Mr Farman Ali S/O Muhammad Room CNIC # 156028192844-1 customer of HBL Charbagh swat having account no 10807900013803 having title Charbagh Filling Station however I am maintain such account for the last 9 years beside this I have also availed Four Million RF facility from the underlined branch likewise I am also supporting the said branch by diverting customers to the said branch as a customer cum ambassador as because of being a young well educated business I believe in service quality and brand loyalty, but in fact I was shocked on 10th & 11th of May two days before of EID found main branch complete locked main branch Mingora Swat, I then, complained to Branch Manager Charbagh, he told me clearly that not my responsibility, then I found a contact number of someone at branch noticeboard outside the main gate I called him from my cell phone and asked why the branch is closed today as State Bank of Pakistan & HBL Head office instructed some of main Branches will open for customers. He argued with me and talked in a very rude manner. He didn’t listen to me. His tone was very aggressive, and he also refused to even open main gate, telling me that it was my fault. he responded me with an rude language& refused to make online for me .
However, I am not the only prey of the underlined less professional manager he also behave other customers in the same like behavior nothing more nothing less doubt I have not any personal with the underlined manager nor expecting any favor just a loyal customer wants to put my reservation in writing to your good self with due respect, not resolving my reservations I will move forward to SBP,Mdia,court and banking Mohtasib.
I don’t see any sense in telling you the word-to-word conversation I had with this impolite employee of your bank, but I am sure that after knowing this incident, you will definitely take some action to educate your employee on behaviour with customers which will prevent the loss of your business in future.
As I am sure that sitting on such a higher position in your organization, you must be concerned about the image of your bank, I believe I have done the right thing by passing on this information to you.
