I have sent my parcel on 2nd November 2020 from lahore. The parcel was to be delivered to Okara. The CN: 40603894010. 1st my product was not delivered on 3rd November 2020. it was delivered on 4th November and the product was damaged. It was a Body splash. I also showed the person that it was sealed when I parcel the product. But when it reached the bottles were empty. out of 3 bottles 2 were empty. I contacted the Okara branch and there was no response from their side. I just visited the Lahore branch from where I parcel my product but he wasn’t responding well to me.
I choose TCS so my product will be there safely. I moved all the way to TCS just because of trust. I can choose other companies near my house but I choose TCS so my product will be there safely and this is the response which I am getting from them. I want senior management to take a serious notice.
I am highly disappointed. I want the compensation of my product as well as the delivery to Okara in a safer way. kindly take immediate action and give me a response.
