I booked a seat in faisal movers Bus service Through bookaru app on 8 july 2025. First they cancelled my seat just saying that this time were droped so we refund your full amount. I open my wallet my amount was in bookaru wallet. When i transfer it in my bank account they said your amount will me transfer in 15 working days. Today in 31 july 2025 whole month passed but my refund didn’t transfer. When i ask them they said will be transfer in 1 week
