i booked a ticket from bookkaru app after some time i change my mind due to an emergency and travel before then i call to bookkaru helpline to cancel my ticket but they can not cancel my ticket and said that this is not in policy to cancel but in ticket that is clearly shown that ticket will be cancel and amount will be refund after some charges so thats why i add this complaint
