I book 2 bus tickets which was shown on Bookkaru website and this was from Lahore Cricket Stadium to waga border. So when I reached the stadium bcz in ticket they show it will go from stadium so I go there and I went there 30 min early and didn’t see any bus Sven after 5 min of actual time so I went to the office of that bus as say why it’s not coming they say we stopped this from a long time and our contract of tickets for this event/ trip is cancelled before 1 year and we informed them to not sell the tickets but they didn’t hear us and also the manager says that you are not the first person with this problem this is the 11 or 12 problem of this year with the same case . Then I comeback to my hotel me and my little brother was very tired bcz of this and when I contact Bookkaru they say complain online so when I do there they say sir do it on WhatsApp on WhatsApp when I do it they say give us prove and when I give them now they are not giving my money back .
