Extremely disappointed with this booking experience.
My ticket was cancelled by Faisal Movers, not by me, yet I’m being told to wait up to 15 days just to receive a refund for money that was already taken from my account. An apology does not solve the issue. If you truly value your customers, refunds for cancellations initiated by your side should be processed much faster.
The problems started even before the cancellation. When I booked my ticket, the payment was successfully deducted, but your system continued showing the booking as unpaid for nearly three hours. I had to contact customer support myself to get the payment confirmed.
Now, after dealing with that inconvenience, I’m expected to wait another 15 days to get my own money back because of a cancellation that wasn’t my fault. This is honestly one of the worst online booking experiences I’ve had. The refund process is unnecessarily slow, customer convenience seems to be an afterthought, and the overall system needs significant improvement.
I would not recommend this service unless the refund and payment verification processes are made more reliable and customer-friendly.
