I ordered bykea delivery seevice to deliver a medicine to my house. The bykea rider seemed unprofessional and kept asking me to help him out by giving him extra money and kept delaying my delivery. I eventually cancelled him, upon which he texted me long curse which is almost a threat as he might have my delivery address of house through app. Screenshot of his highly threatening and abusive behaviour along with his no.is enclosed. Ive tried callingBykea but they arent picking up as I wanted them to erase my house details from his account urgently. Please help me regarding this matter.

today i had the worst experience in my life my friend told me about this bykea app i always used uber bike but for some reason he told me to use this and MY GOD i am scared to death the rider was so scary that if i wasnt late for my class i wouldnt have gone with him and he right after dropping me just because my fare calculation was 33 rupes and he was asking for 105 rupes i said no and he started abusing and fighting with me i wanna know where i could complaint about this matter plus not just this i reviewd him right after on the app worst rider behavior he should be removed asap i can provide you proof he has texted me over 20 messeges on my phone since mornning and abusing me threatening me I WANT YOU GUYS TO TAKE ACTION or i am gonna report it to POLICESTATION near by i have all the proof i can provide

I used bykea for the very first time and at first the rider called and talked politely but when he called again he started blaming me k i have put wrong pickup and dropoff but i checked everything was accurate as it should be besides that he called me a fool and talked in a very rude manner. I hope this man gets kicked out of this job he doesn’t deserve to be a rider, we all know a rider should talk to a customer in a way that no one gets hurt and this man he talked so rudely like you are not supposed to say “ajeeb pagal insaan hain aap khuwar krwa diya hai apni galti nhi maan rhi” Aur yaqeen maanein abhi 10 min bhi nhi hue the inko k inki yeh wali call aagai aur pickup bhi sai tha drop off bhi sai tha i hope i donot get this man again..
Main ne 4 din pahle register kiya tha abhi tk mujhe msg nhi aya ke apki registrestion hogyi he ya nhi

I asked this rider to deliver the food at my friend’s yesterday afternoon, since that time he is sending me casual Messages on what’s app and sharing videos. I wanted to block him but thought he would be doing such unethical things with others too and needs to be reported. Kindly take action and take him out of service!
